We faced significant issues during our stay. The air conditioning in our room was broken, making it unbearable in the heat. We were offered no immediate solution upon our first complaint and had to switch rooms after multiple visits to the front desk. The staff's response felt dismissive and left us quite disappointed with our overall experience.

My wife says that the pool area could use more attention, especially cleaning. It would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options available throughout the day.

I enjoyed my stay in a King Room with Sofa Bed, which offered plenty of room for relaxation and was super clean. The staff were very accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and addressing all requests promptly. However, I did notice the coffee availability in the Bistro was limited after 8:30 am, which could be improved for early risers like myself.
